The whole process from beginning to end was handled perfectly, his use of drones for the landscape and property photos was great. He had full knowledge of the probate process. My sister was still living at my mothers house and was a bit difficult and Steve helped guide and handle the situation. Being in a small town it is important that you use a realtor who is very familiar with the area in all aspects.
